Epicons Consultants Pvt. Ltd., ठाण्यातील प्रतिष्ठित स्ट्रक्चरल इंजिनियरिंग क्षेत्रातील कंपनी. संस्थापक आणि मॅनेजिंग डायरेक्टर [[समाजाचे देणे मानणारे व्यावसायिक जयंत कुलकर्णी|जयंत कुलकर्णी]] यांच्या मार्गदर्शनात या कंपनीचा व्यावसायिक कारकिर्दीचा पाया अभियांत्रिकी अचूकतेचा आग्रह, व्यवस्थापन कौशल्य आणि प्रामाणिकपणा या मूल्यांवर भक्कमपणे उभा आहे.

मॅनेजिंग डायरेक्टर [[समाजाचे देणे मानणारे व्यावसायिक जयंत कुलकर्णी|जयंत कुलकर्णी]] यांच्या बरोबरीने आनंद कुलकर्णी (स्ट्रक्चरल इंजिनिअर), अरविंद परुळेकर (स्ट्रक्चरल इंजिनिअर आणि एन.डी.टी. एक्स्पर्ट), पी. पी. पांडे (सिनिअर हेड, पी. एम. सी.) पराशर मोघे (आर्किटेक्ट) आणि अनिल जोशी (एन.डी.टी. एक्स्पर्ट) यांचे व्यवसाय वृद्धिंगत करण्यासाठी मोठे योगदान आहे. कंपनीची एक शाखा अंधेरीला असून तिथे रवींद्र देशपांडे (स्ट्रक्चरल इंजिनिअर आणि डायरेक्टर) कारभार सांभाळतात. कंपनीचे नाव उंच इमारतींचे डिझाईन करण्यासाठी प्रसिद्ध आहे. तर असेसमेंट टेस्टिंगमध्ये NPCIL, Nuclear Power Corporation, ISRO अशा महत्त्वाच्या सरकारी कंपन्यांच्या कामांची जबाबदारी कंपनीकडे आहे. आर्किटेक्चर आणि पी.एम.सी. या युनिटकडे सध्या MMRDAचे मेट्रो भवन हे मुंबईतील १४ मेट्रोलाईन्सचे कंट्रोल सेंटर उभे करण्याचे प्रतिष्ठित आणि महत्त्वाचे काम आहे.

४० वर्षांपेक्षा अधिक काळ Structural Design Consultancy, Project Management Consultancy, Structural Assessment & NDT, Conservation & Rehabilitation आणि Synergic Architecture ही या कंपनीची सेवा-क्षेत्रे असून आज २१०+ इतका कर्मचारी वर्ग (Design Engineers, Field Engineers, Architects, Technicians, Supervisors आणि Draftsmen etc) आहे.

====Epicons Friends of Concrete====
The company, in growing, assessed a strong need of developing practical approach, continuous upgradation of knowledge by training engineers. So as a part of its interest, liking & belief, started conducting various training programs under guidance of authorities, titled "Modern Trends in Civil Engineering" under the banner of 'Epicons Friend of Concrete'.

Since its inception, 'Epicons Friends of Concrete' has endeavored to reach out to large number of audience & has been supported by institutes like IIT, VJTI, NYSS & SPCE. and also, Sir J. J. College of Architecture, IES College of Architecture, Academy of Architecture, Rizvi College of Architecture, Mahatma Education Society's Pillai College of Architecture, Bharati Vidya Peeth's College of Architecture, Padm. Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture, L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, Late Bhausaheb Hiray -S. S. Trust's College of Architecture, Kamala Raheja Vidya Niddhi Institute for Architecture & Environmental Studies, with Late Mr. A.P. Remedios (principle inspiration and philosopher). Epicons conducted many training programmes under his able guidance and he himself was a full time faculty. 

Epicons enjoys support from many other professional organizations like ACI (India Chapter), Indian Concrete Institute, Indian Concrete Journal, Brihan Mumbai - IIA, IIID, ISSE and PEATA
